Refund policy
At WishlyCart, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The product is damaged or defective.
- You received the wrong item.
- The product is missing parts or accessories.
To request a return, please contact us with your order number and photos of the product.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Products damaged due to misuse.
- Used or worn products.
- Items returned without original packaging.
- Personal care products (if opened or used).
Refunds
Once your return request is approved and the product is received (if required), your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer or UPI after verification.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
